‘Spirits of Ancient Trees’, will take you on a journey, back to the ancient days of the wise druid, Drusuna. Through the mountains and forests of Gallaecia, Drusuna arose from the roots of an ancient world, a world of fantasy sounds and landscapes ~ of forests, mountains, deserts and seas ~ The Sky, and the dirt, the oak and the wolf, and mankind, when he was wild ~ when he shared the life with nature. Drusuna evokes old rituals through melodies and textures. It represents what we lost as humankind, when the world was pure and wild, our mother earth! The spiral of time that seeks eternal equilibrium. This is Ritual Pagan Folk! Sephirus Oakborn (instruments, composition, mix/mastering, graphics); featuring Rose Avalon, (lyrics/vocals).

About the Artist:
Drusuna is a project band of Sephirus Oakborn. Each project brings with it a new line-up of musicians perfectly suited to the current project. Drusuna creates Ritual Pagan Folk music as described in this self-penned quotation: “The connection to the mother earth is what we pursue through our music. Shamanism is presented in our concept as a link to the ancestral roots to which we belong. The modern world has reached a level where people have almost lost their connection with nature. Humans are using and have abused the planet to the point of no return! Despite their intelligence and technology, most of them are not able to raise their consciousness to a level high enough to hear the planet’s grief, because they are full of arrogance and greed. It is urgent to find once again the missing link and connect with nature once more…Drusuna intend to spread this message through their music. Ritual Pagan Folk music!”
